Hulu: The Wave of the Future

Attention Primetime Television Watchers, ever feel like you have to get all your stuff done by 9:00 just so you can watch ABC's Modern Family? Well I don't know about everyone else, but this is the case for me. With homework, sports, and who knows what else, there is no time for me to watch all of my favorite shows. Now hulu.com can solve all that....

Hulu offers thousands of mainstream shows with episodes as recent as the moment after it airs. Hulu contains a variety of shows with everything from Glee or SNL to the oldies but goodies like Mary Tyler Moore.

In recent Hulu news, they have been criticized by its "Hulu Plus" members (the ones who pay $9.95 per month to use Hulu with special advantages.) Apparently Hulu took off certain seasons of a show and Hulu Plus members were angered since they are paying, they should be able to watch whatever they want right? In this article, by Peter Kafka, he explains what Hulu has done to solve this problem...

Although Hulu has dealt with issues from the networks about what episodes it can release, most recent episodes are available. So when its around 9:00 and you know Modern Family is about to come on....remember that Hulu gives you the option to watch it on the weekend, when you have ALL your homework done...

Water Polo...

Water Polo

      -noun
"an aquatic game played by two teams of seven swimmers each, the object being to score goals by pushing, carrying, or passing an inflated ball and tossing it into the opponent's goal, defended by goal keeper." ( http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/water+polo )

Yeah that's right water polo. However, I have to add something to this definition.

From past experiences (just 1 season, I'm a beginner) the only thing that I'm thinking about is "What can I do to make sure my opponent doesn't drown me?"

Water polo is VERY aggressive! People will put you in chokeholds and wrap there legs around you and use their own body weight to practically drown you. Others will kick, grab, and scratch you but if they leave a mark you can get a "nail check" and the player will be removed from the game to check it out.
And one more thing, most of this happens underwater and the ref doesn't even see it.....great.

Although its rough, it is great exercise and a very fun (yet aggresive) game to play!

Complaining....

Every person has the right to complain about something. Life is stressful and everyone should be able to vent about it. Whether you have 20934820394 tests/quizzes in one day or the person driving to slow on the free way, there is always something to complain about. My friend and I tried to have lunch without complaining....we went five minutes in and decided this was to hard. Have you ever tried not complaining? Try it...its really difficult....
